Lansdown Battlefields and Cotswold Way

Meet: At Lansdown Park & Ride car park by bus stop: GR ST 731682 Landranger 172/Explorer 155 SAT NAV BA1 9BJ
Focus: Early Spring migrants. Warblers, Wheatear, Whinchat and Hirundines. Butterflies, including Brimstone and Green-veined White. Possible sightings of Brown Hare.
Description: A circular walk on mostly flat terrain through Langridge Farm, Lansdown Battlefields, then by the Cotswold Way round the back of the Race Course, before return to P & R. Distance approx. 4 miles. Stout waterproof walking boots required as some tracks likely to be muddy.
