Ham Wall and Shapwick Heath

Meet: 10:00 Ham Wall RSPB car park. Gr ST 449396. Landranger Map 182/Explorer 141.
Free parking for RSPB members. Non-members £2.00.
Finish: approx 15:00 – optional extension until dusk for starling roost, weather permitting.
Focus: Raptors, wildfowl, herons and egrets including bittern. Possible bearded reedling and whooper swan.
Description: Level walking along gravel tracks and grass paths. Visiting hides. Wear stout waterproof walking boots and warm layers of clothing.
