Eastwood Farm LNR, Brislington.

Meet: 11.00 am at junction of Wyndham Crescent and Eastwood Crescent (ST628715). There is no parking in the reserve so please park considerately on local streets. (Note that there are bollards separating Eastwood Road from Eastwood Crescent, so if you approach along Eastwood Road park before the bollards and walk through). There are bus stops nearby.
Finish: By 15.00 pm
Focus: Plants, birds, dragonflies and other local wildlife
Description: This urban Local Nature Reserve is a mixture of riverside meadows and woodland, with ponds providing extra interest. We should see Greater Dodder and Small Teasel on the riverbank and a good range of other plants. Please wear stout footwear and bring a packed lunch. We could finish with tea at Beese’s Tea Gardens.
