Please book with the Leader in advance for all field trips. Members can find contact details in their Autumn / Winter 2022-2023 newsletter. This is essential for those meetings where numbers are limited and has several benefits for all meetings: the Leader is aware who is coming and can deal with any queries before the meeting (such as car-sharing, if required); in the unlikely event that arrangements need to change or the meeting has to be cancelled, attendees can all be contacted promptly and easily.
