There is very limited parking available at the university. Visitor parking is either in the East Car Park or South Car park using the JustPark App/SMS/phone. Focus: Arachnid Workshop / walk
Description: A slow walk with many stops, exploration to see which arachnids can be found in the field, and discussions about arachnids in general. Opportunity to view and photograph various species and ask any questions, no matter how trivial. All species will be photographed with the intention of formal recording with the British Arachnological Society.
Sensible footwear recommended due to sloping and uneven ground. If there has been recent rain, the ground could be slippery underfoot. Take precautions against ticks and other biting insects.
Sun protection is recommended. Ensure you bring plenty to drink.
