Go Slow at Shearwater, near Warminster

Meet: Shear Water Lake Car Park (opposite tea rooms) BS35 4PE Explorer 143 (ST 854 420)
(Note that the tea rooms opposite the car park are closed on Mondays)
Focus: Flora and fauna
Description: A very slow walk around part of the lake, and into the areas that have been opened up. The emphasis will be on late summer invertebrates to include Mint Beetles and the very colourful Rhododendron Leafhopper (Graphocephala fennahi). There will also be a variety of birds and plants to discover.
