Meet: in Newton St. Loe Churchyard. Grid Ref. ST701649. Landranger Map 172/Explorer 155.
Take care to park considerately in the village.
Finish: Approx 14:30
Focus: Summer birds and plants.
Description: A varied circular walk of 4.3 miles, taking in the lakes and woods in the ground of Bath Spa University, up to Wilmington through pasture and along quiet lanes and then back to Newton St. Loe via Whistling Copse. Path is uneven in places and can be muddy if wet, so please wear suitable footwear. Bring packed lunch.
