Focus: General wildlife, butterflies, invertebrates, orchid and flowers
Description: Though a relatively small site, this is a limestone meadow on a fairly steep hill, so walking boots are advisable. We will walk the hill, looking at the plentiful wildflowers, butterflies, day-flying moths, birds and other invertebrates – plus the rare Bath Asparagus. If inclement weather, we may focus our attention on the area incorporating Haycombe Lane.
